6 Week Hypertrophy Plan based around the compound lifts for strength (Squat, Bench, Deadlift). I guess you could somewhat call this a power building program. You will receive an excel spreadsheet with the workouts and spaces open for you to input weight each week to gauge progress. It is technically a 6 day a week program, but if you miss a day or want to take a rest day I recommend just picking back up with the workout you missed because the days of the week you do each doesn’t matter much as long as you are resting enough between muscle groups. Each workout will take around 60-90 minutes

This plan includes 6 weeks of training with an excel spreadsheet to track your progression week to week. Although it has an emphasis on hypertrophy, strength in the compound lifts is also a main component of the program.
